1.2 ezeph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. 2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the ezeph Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and regulations governing online gambling. ezeph strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ezeph Platform is intended for use by players located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. ezeph makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to use the ezeph Platform. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to register, ezeph will void any account created and return any deposited funds.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ezeph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ezeph reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
3.3 KYC Verification. ezeph is required to verify the identity of all registered players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to the Platform.
3.4 Account Approval. ezeph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify ezeph immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ezeph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.3 ezeph employs 256-bit SSL encryption and real-time login monitoring to protect your account. However, you acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable and that ezeph cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account against all threats.
4.4 ezeph reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ezeph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ezeph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. ezeph reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to players.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically clear within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. ezeph is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ezeph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large transactions.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ezeph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to players.
6.1 ezeph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
6. 2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering patterns, use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by ezeph will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
6.3 ezeph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the specific terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
6.4 Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Free bets and free spins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly.
6.5 In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, ezeph's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.
7.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the ezeph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface on the Platform.
7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. ezeph is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, device failure, or any other technical problem on the player's end.
7.3 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — whether caused by human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — ezeph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or otherwise.
7.4 Maximum Payouts. ezeph applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
7.5 Integrity. ezeph takes match-fixing and sports integrity seriously. Any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to manipulation may be voided at ezeph's discretion, in cooperation with relevant sporting bodies and regulatory authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezeph Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.1 All content on the ezeph Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of ezeph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of ezeph's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ezeph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 ezeph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 ezeph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ezeph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ezeph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ezeph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ezeph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 ezeph operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who remain dissatisfied following ezeph's internal complaints process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
